Article 1: Shipping and Delivery
1.1 For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered with postNL or International speed post. Orders for Dutch clients are shipped through postNL. It is also possible to pick up your order in Eindhoven, the Netherlands by appointment.
1.2 When receiving a direct or in advance payment before 3 PM (Mon-Fri), the order will be shipped within a few days if the item(s) is in stock. Orders made during the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
1.3 For deliveries to countries outside the Netherlands, different delivery conditions are valid.
1.4 JOINE has the right to back-order ordered products. Extra costs of subsequent shipping are for JOINE.
1.5 Delivery takes place at the customers address, given at check-out.
1.6 Mainly, all products are shipped directly from JOINE office in the Netherlands.
1.7 Almost all products are in stock and can be shipped right away, except for customised design objects which takes a longer lead time. The lead times is mentioned in the product description. If you have questions about the lead time, please contact us for more specific information. For the pre-order items, the estimated time is mentioned in the product description.
1.8 We offer free shipment on order over 450€* in Europe or 600€* for the rest of the world. ( * If shipping cost are not exceeding 25% of the product value. For large design objects, we could contact you about the shipping fee. Please first contact us to get a correct price tender.)
1.9 Customised products can not be refunded. Please contact us when there is something wrong with the product and we will find a solution.
1.10 We do not have a free shipping with return possibilities. Returning cost is on customers’ own account.
1.11 JOINE is not and cannot be held responsible for any extra costs (i.e. customs, state tax) if the orders are sent to locations outside the Netherlands.
Article 2: Offer
2.1 Information (on the website, by e-mail, verbal, by telephone), photos or images given by JOINE about the products are as accurate as possible. JOINE cannot guarantee all products fully resemble with the information given. Deviations are initially no motive for compensation and/or ending the agreement. If the product fully deviates from the description given on the website, JOINE will take suitable actions to concede the customer.
Article 3: Prices and Payments
3.1 JOINE is authorized to adjust the prices at any time. With price changes, the change has no consequences for current orders and contracts, which will be executed for the prices that were agreed upon.
3.2 We avoid publicising mistakes or errors in print-work or on our webshop. When a mistake occurs we will contact you to find a solution or refund the payment.
3.3 Orders placed at the webshop can be paid in the following ways:
– iDEAL (direct) (only for Dutch bank accounts)
– Paypal
– Payment in advance via wire transfer.
– Bancontact/Mistercash Bancontact/Mistercash
– Visa
– I-zettle (only on fairs and presentations)
– KLARNA after pay
3.4 For specific items, the second 50% deposit amount will be requested from you when your order is ready to ship. Deliveries in the Netherlands can be paid at the delivery in cash or by card. If this option is available for the item, you will be able to select the option on its page.
3,5 For Dutch and European customers there is a 14 day time period to return the order after delivery. When you are a international customer please contact me most of the time the shipping cost are the difficulty for returning the products. Please contact me that we can find a solution together. We have to talk about how to return the product. When the product is custom made please let me know in time to cancel the producion. Custom made design are not included in the refund policy please contact me to find a solution.
Article 4: Intellectual property rights
4.1 All designs are intellectual property of JOINE. The content of this website and the photos, products and other works displayed on this website are protected by intellectual property rights, including copyrights. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, adaptation, transmission and/or publication thereof in any form or by any means is prohibited.
4.2 Please contact us to check if a reseller of JOINE’s products is valid and authorized.
Article 5 Governing law
5.1 Dutch law applies exclusively to all the rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements. All disputes between both parties will only be settled by a for that purpose competent Dutch court.
